It depends. In Europe it would be fine. It the UK, we recommend that you use a rooftop aerial as the signal differs in different areas. In some areas you can get all freeview channels with a portable digital antenna. Obviously in an area where there is better coverage then the better the reception will be with the small aerial provided. Sometimes though, even in your living room if you have a set up box using a portable digital antenna, it doesn’t guarantee that the product can use the same antenna.
